"Okay visit "

Staff was very friendly and very prompt to address issues. However, the bathroom door is a rolling door that has a 2 inch gap on each side so everyone in the room can hear you in bathroom. Our bathroom door was extremely hard to push open. The kids couldn’t open or shut it. The elevator worked once on our trip. And overall the hotel was very old and needed updates . There were people directly outside approaching everyone they saw although that’s not a hotel problem maybe something could be done

"WORST"

Fox and DeAngelo were the only good things about this hotel. The rest of the staff day and night are terrible. And the manager Sharika is not pleasant. Stay away from here . Fox and DeAngelo, the Valet, were fantastic. They need a raise or to be transferred to another hotel that is actually going to appreciate their kindness and hard work. Because this place is not it

My husband and I came on the last week before school as a get away. Ariell was so kind 😇 she showed me probably the greatest bakery ever insomnia cookies are incredulous. Thanks for all the help indio. Ariell needs higher praise

The finishes and fixtures in my room were pretty worn out. Lots of chips and scuffs, the flooring was peeling, and the bathroom shower was an unpleasant experience. Fixture finishes were chipped, orange stains in the shower pan, messy caulking, and rust forming around the ceiling above. The fitness center was well equipped but not stocked with towels and the sanitizing wipe dispenser was not functioning. Staff were nice and the made to order breakfast was pretty good, but when my flight home got cancelled later that day, I did not hesitate to stay elsewhere.

Dirty. This hotel is creepy. It doesn't function well. There's a lack of care, a feeling that you shouldn't be here and the renovation of this historic building feels like it was 20 years ago and never touched since. The elevators are small and it feels like they're going to die with you in it. The room had skid marks on the floor from moving the furniture, a filthy sofa, dirty windows and drapes that weren't attached to the rods. Valet service is available but only from 7 am until 11 pm. Breakfast was one person doing everything - taking orders, delivering juice, cooking and serving the food. This is a no return hotel for me.

"Def book the trip!"

The room was lovely and spacious. Bed comfort was as-expected with great pillows and sheets. We added breakfast to our stay and were very well-pleased with the menu and talent of the cook. The only downside was she was the only one stationed in the restaurant: she took orders, cooked, and bussed tables. I felt bad for her! It was 30min before she could get to us, but that’s not her fault. The valet service was quick and pleasant. There’s plenty of quirk and fun in 5 Points South.
