Hotel Indigo - Birmingham Five Points S - UAB by IHG

Had stayed a few times before. Has a comfortable old hotel feel which I like. Staff is always nice.

Fox was a great help without service for valet.Awesome guy who is always willing to help out with anything. He drives with perfection

The room had seen better days!

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was close to the concert venue we went to.

Indifferent front desk staff, bathroom was filthy.

Neat experience in the older building. Was awakened multiple times each night by the locals racing their engines down the street. Lots of places to walk to for eating. HVAC controlled by the front desk was a little different.

The stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful. Although, I think we came at a bad time. There was a shut down of their card system and they had to swipe our door open for us every time we left the room. As well, it was very hot in our room and the AC was not working, although they were able to accommodate us to a newer room. Overall, the trip was nice.

All was good but the facility is old and could be updated. Example: sink in our room didn’t work well, it took several pushes of the button to call an elevator.

I had a very pleasant experience with Fox helping me with my car valet! He was a terrific friendly face to start my first visit in Birmingham.

Taylor is an asset to HOTEL INDIGO. She embodies Southern hospitality and welcomed me with a smile and warm heart every time I entered the hotel!
