"Good"

Floors in room were falling apart, pillows on the floor, floorboards were loose and seeping water (maybe)? Shower wouldn’t turn off, toilet ran. Area did not seem safe. Was definitely not as nice as indigo hotels I’ve been to before. Staff was friendly, helpful, but facility was sub-par at best.

No hotel parking lot, as this is downtown. Valet parking is pricey, but I was able to find street parking, which is free from 6P to 8A.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! To be a rather higher scale side of town this should have been a much better property. Especially considering the price per night! I expected a lot more. Elevators don’t work half of the time, rooms are half way clean, broken furniture, water pressure is terrible! Wish I had not spent the money

The room was simply okay. The room was not dirty. The bathroom needed more attention, specifically the cleanliness of the shower. The parking garage was very unsafe and filthy. Homeless people seem to camp there and there was trash and wreaked of urine and feces odor.
