Staff were nice and the room was comfortable and clean

The area was very sketchy. Did not feel safe walking around. Parking was 38 dollars and called valet but you get your own car in and out of the garage and homeless people were all outside the garage in the dumpsters felt very unsafe

Dirty, smelled unpleasant.

Staff was perfectly lovely and helpful, but the property has seen better days. Bedding was fine, but paint, fixtures all need an update.

The air in room 407 wasnt working too good. But the lady at the front desk moved us to a suite on the 7th floor. Other than that the stay was very nice. The bed was comfortable!

It was a nice area and a nice hotel on the surface. A few things that weren’t good though: - AC is not controlled in the room. It got super hot at night and we had to call reception in the middle of the night to adjust it. - no drinking water available, only ice. - Elevator controls were broken on 6th floor so we couldn’t call the elevator. - It was super loud at night due to motor bikes revving outside even at 2am. Restaurants in the area were great.

The staff was amazing! However, the room and common areas were not clean. Also, it is a noisy area due to the night life and not a place you want to walk at night or alone. There were homeless people living in the parking garage.

Will never book this location again. Room dirty no heat or AC hole in the floor by bathroom tile pulled up in the hallway. I could go on and on.
