Near good food places.

The Staff Was Amazing, however the Elevator was out of commission..I had to walk 8 flight of stairs..Hot and Sweaty..Also you can hear All Noises coming from outside,cars people talking, unable to get any sleep..The location is terrible...Again the Staff was Amazing, Polite and Kind,Extremely helpful and making sure the elevator gets fixed immediately..Sad to say I wouldnt stay at that location again.

Check in was good but that’s where it ends. Front desk clerk was nice. They control your temperature in your room. As a business travel customer I don’t want to call the front desk every time I want to go from 75 to 70. Fan in room blew all night. It’s loud outside but I guess I should have done a little research. The show didn’t have any body wash had the body balm which is lotion in the shower luckily I keep a bar or two in my travel from my travels. I never write reviews so I will yall with that. Staff is nice I just won’t be staying there again.

Our experience was so bad we just left. Room was so hot that we could not stay. Thermostats are locked and managed downstairs. Called down and they said they would adjust. After several hours of it not cooling went back to complain. They send maintenance, which he was great. Problem was lack of Freon for our floor. Front desk knew of problem and lied to us. It only got warmer and we had to leave. Honesty goes a long way. Do not stay here.

Loved the location, the employees were understanding and accommodating, even tho i had a bad experience

We had to move rooms bc the air did not work only to move into another room where none of the plugs worked, they offered to move us again but it was late and I declined. They instructed me to talk to management in the am where I received a partial refund even though I have yet to receive it and it’s been a whole month

Couldn't have asked for better service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Joston was kind and helpful along with Marcie who handled our valet service. We stayed at Hotel Indigo because we had a family member that was having surgery at UAB. If you want some good cooking, Ms Deloris won't let you down.

Very disappointed to arrive at 11:15 and be told to find street parking on my own. No valet. No hotel parking.

The hotel is located downtown so it’s pretty convenient to things. The parking situation is not great. Check in went smoothly. I think it’s weird that the A/C in each room is controlled by the front desk, so you have to call them if you want it changed. But, everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
