Embarcadero Resort Hotel & Marina

Very quiet studio on top floor, with cathedral ceiling. Lovely private deck with panoramic view overlooking Yaquina Bay. Great shower! Comfortable, airy room. Pleasant front desk staff, and convenient restaurant on site.

"Kitchen" (coffee-maker, fridge and microwave) area could have been better organized (i.e. shelving, small sink, a few basics like glassware, plates), and another chair in the LR, a table on the patio, and a real dresser with drawers would enhance the overall experience.

There is no AC in the room only fans

The hotel is right down the street from the Historic Bay District and our room had a marvelous view of Yaquina Bay, the marina and the Yaquina Bay Bridge. An alternate route got us back to Hwy 101 in short order so we could explore both north and south destinations.

When we arrived, the room was very hot and we had to air it out in an attempt to cool it since there was no A/C (and despite the low temperatures when we were there). A fan was provided, but the placement of the outlets didn't allow for a direct connection to the balcony door, which would have maximized airflow.
