Pleasant staff service，room was clean and comfort. Convenient location but indication of hotel was not clear. Too crowd the elevator because of people using conference service.

"The best location to hang around"

Nice short holiday visit, room rate was good, but be careful to check lounge service fees before orders, small pot of tea cost more than buffet meal in café. Should have better rates for customers staying in hotel.

"Excellent hotel"

Really nice experience. Employees were very friendly. The breakfast buffet really good and lots of variety. Although for many people it was for free our reservation didn't.

"Great business hotel"

I booked this hotel because the conference was held here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Akiko was like a personal concierge and made good recommendations on where to go during the day. Would highly recommend staying here.
