My company (a large group of 130+ people) stayed at Dreams Los Cabos over a weeks time and hosted our National Convention here. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff, accommodations, entertainment, and beauty of this place! It was a successful Convention and we could not have pulled it off if it wasn't for the amazing people on-site. Don't hesitate to book with this resort, whether it's business or pleasure!

My wife and I had a great time at Dreams. The service ,from everyone one of the staff members that we came in contact with, was courteous and friendly and very professional. Carlos and Yasminlith in the Preferred Club, unbelievably helpful. Nico and Omar our waiters were terrific. Sylvia in Prefered Club and Rosario and Brenda at Coco Cafe, fantastic. Josue our Bellman, always there when needed. Overall a wonderful experience

We had a great time at the resort enjoying the excellent food, entertainment and helpful staff. Particularly enjoyed Portofino, Bordeaux, coffee at Coco Cafe, water exercise and nightly live entertainment. Staff shout outs to Gustavo-VIP Services, Rosario-Coco Cafe, Manuel and Bryan-Entertainment, Angel-Bordeaux, along with all the other great staff members who took care of us!

Rooms were not cleaned properly, food was not good, few options for restaurants.... no option for preferred butler or private pool with preferred club.

We stayed with 2 other Couples and really like this Dreams. Our friends got our Preferred status (UVC) and the Preferred Club and Preferred Palapas are excellent. We’ve stayed at a lot of Dreams and Secrets and really liked the food here (better than Secrets nearby). Staff was attentive, drinks were good (although they had a weird ice-in-shots mandate). 30 Minute Limit pool chair signs were awesome! Most other resorts have people throwing towels on multiple chaise lounges all day in case they “might” need them. Folks, the servers need tips and taking up rows of chaise lounges is simply not fair to them. One complaint, we were in Desires having a good time when 3 drunk Canadian seniors came in, carousing and trying to get touchy with our wives. No security and they were served more drinks. The main culprit did a face plant on the marble floor. We chased down security and they treated his gash. He was drunk most nights in the Lobby Bar area and still being served drinks (with a big swollen eye from the first night). Us guys fished 3 days out of Puerto Los Cabo’s and the hotel is only 20 minutes away. Coco Cafe set us up with Sandwiches, Coffee and snacks early. Valet guys were great at taking our fish and placing it in the freezer for us until checkout.

We came here for a family wedding which was absolutely beautiful. Everything on the wedding day went smoothly and the food and DJ were amazing. As far as the resort itself goes, it was lacking in many areas. We have traveled to several all-inclusive resorts and the customer service our first few days was not the best, the language barrier was pretty strong and service was extremely slow at all bars and restaurants. Be prepared to wait for over a couple of hours if you have a big group, it is best to break up into smaller groups but service was still very slow. And the food was just okay. Desserts which is my favorite part, were not very good and did not have great options. Evening entertainment was really not there. There would be light music playing when everyone was going to supper but after supper everything was over. The only thing open was the Club and that didn't open until 10 and there was not enough bartenders working in that area to get service. Many different room options available, but we had room 3309 and this was very small compared to many other rooms and the bathroom only had 1 sink and was very small and dark. We booked the same room options as many others in our group but seems we got put in a lower option. We also did not ever "see" housekeeping, they were supposed to come once a day to clean and replenish and then to do turndown service and we only noticed them once and the last full day there they did not come at all. We also called to to have fridge restocked and no one ever showed up. The family pool was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean where we saw many whales during our time there. The pool bar was pretty slow with only having 1 bartender per day and then they ran out of the popular alcohol daily and did not replenish. By our last few days, we met Elsa and Aidee by the pool. They were both amazing and knew what we liked and just brought it to us without asking. This is not a resort we would visit again, but we are glad the wedding that brough us here was great!

As a family with a 3.5 year old and a 6 month old, we always enjoy a all inclusive hotel so that the kid can have fun, adults can enjoy drinks and food in a variety . The views were amazing of the ocean and we would see whale pods almost everyday swim by. The service was really great and we enjoyed our morning breakfast at the world cafe with Eloy and Zugey the hostess and multiple waiters including Nemo , Jaime, Almica , Collins, Nieto, Johnathon, Carmen and Mamnel. We enjoyed all the dinners. The only thing we missed out on was the shows and events , I think we went during a bus week with a lot of events . Other than that it was a great week family vacation

Mercedes at the preferred area on the beach made our trip! Highly recommend coming here… You will be treated like royalty!

The resort is old, the food has us using the bathroom often they also charge 600 deposit. The coco fae is 24 hours however no I w cream and sandwiches are pre made in a display sitting. The menu states build your own sandwich but you actually cannot. They have mediocre activities during the day in the pool area. They've got little bands that play every night. The price of the resort is not worth the money.. if you are going and looking for a more vibrant atmosphere skip this place Cabo has so many small good hotels that's has way better food that you wouldn't spend more than 50 bucks a day on all your meals
