Great location. Magnificent views. Only 5 min walk to town and 10-15 min walk to either railway station. Good selection at breakfast and could help yourself to coffee and cakes for afternoon tea. Staff friendly and informative. Even has coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Overall a most enjoyable experience.

Get a balcony view. Your right in front of the water and you can watch the paragliders head into town for a landing. Located between Ost and West Interlocken, both close and within walking distance. Helpful staff, clean and updated. Only problem was I could only get Wi Fi on the main floor. Still one of my favorite hotels. Pool near by for hot days.

A very nice hotel close to the lake with a very good view. It is bit of a walk from both stations & not easy if you got luggage. The room was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly.

Riverside hotel with excellent view. Very neat clean well laid rooms with all facilities of high standard. Staff is friendly & hospitable. We are carrying cherishable memories of our stay with Goldey Hotel & are looking forward for another stay with them.

Everything is good except the room doesn't have Air Condition which mean during Summer room can be stuffy with no ventilation. Mobile fan are available just need to inform the hotel desk.

I confess that I was originally eyeing the Victoria Jungfrau for our stay. The pricing was a deterrent plus I wanted to be on the river. Very wise decision. The Hotel Goldey was a rare find and I am so thankful that I discovered it. I will be returning. The hotel is located on the river in a very quiet part of the city with little to no night noise. The peaceful atmosphere is every travelers dream. The reception staff goes above and beyond to insure your stay is perfect. We were upgraded to Room 402 which I would recommend highly. The views are unsurpassed with two balconies, one a view of the river and the other of the mountain. The suite is spacious offering a dining table for 4, small living room with king bed and another separate bedroom. By European standards the room is huge, beds are extremely comfortable and the suite overall immaculate. The Swiss are known for their cleanliness and the Hotel Goldey takes it to another level. It truly was spotless. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the view from the dining room is simply breathtaking. I am looking forward to my next stay!! Back to the Victoria Jungfrau. Just to give a heads up. It is located in a very busy and noisy part of the city with heavy foot traffic. Beautiful façade, absolutely but if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep and a bit of tranquility, by all means book the Hotel Goldey.

Situated between Interlaken West station and Interlaken Oct, this hotel provides a quiet and comfortable stay. The location is not particular convenient but it's a easy walk to both stations. View from the room is nice. The staffs were very helpful and gave us a lot of information on tickets and travelling.

This hotel is really a 3-star hotel, so don't expect much more. Rooms a clean and beds are ok. Breakfast and area in front of hotel by the river and views are great, but parking side entrance to the hotel is not very welcoming, and there will be nobody at front desk during the night. also it was a bit annoying hearing our neighbors through the wall. But honestly price of room isn't really justified.
