The hotel is fantastic, the staff is incredibly helpful. It's quite a bit of a walk from the station which can be especially difficult with luggage (and a bit daunting late at night which is when we arrive). Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel but I wouldn't recommend the mountain view rooms. They are right next to the lift so it can get quite noisy and the river view is MUCH MUCH better! The breakfast is fairly good as well and I would recommend the hotel overall.

Great hotel, with excellent staff support. Ask for the mountain view rooms and you will not be disappointed. View out of my balcony in the morning was superb.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the train station, I personally feels that it's east to get to the hotel from Interlaken west station. The hotel has a wonderful view of the mountains and a quiet river just outside of the hotel. Very relaxing and peaceful. Hotel receptionist was friendly and lots of personal touch by the hotel to make you feel at home.

If driving a car, the hotel has outdoor parking. It is very quiet and comfortable and conveniently located. The views from the restaurant and lounge are beautiful on a clear day.

I was unlucky to get a single's room; it was very tight and inconvenient. Hotel location, views, cleanliness all are excellent ; the reception staff are very friendly and cooperative. If one gets a double room, the hotel would be a good choice to spend few days in

Pleasant stay. After coming back from Jungfrau, kids went to the nearby big snow mountain view swimming pool with diving board. They love it. Hotel staff is very helpful. The only thing is that it is a little far from train station. But it was a very nice scenic walk for us along the river.

The hotel was adorably quaint and the staff were very friendly. I was able to check in early and the breakfast spread was excellent. They even left an umbrella for me in my room because it had been so rainy! The view was great, although it was cloudy for my whole stay.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful view and a nice walk by the lake from the 2 stations if you do not have any luggage.
