This comfortable, quiet Interlaken Hotel sits beside the river away from the bustle of the city and with stunning views(when the clouds cooperate) of the snow covered mountain and paragliders spinning into the park beyond. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is expansive. Internet only works reliably in the lounge.

My husband and I stayed here in August 2014. The hotel room was very clean and had a GREAT view of Interlaken and the mountains. The staff was always accommodating and actually had our room ready for us 2 hours before check-in was even supposed to start! We did have free wireless connection (although it was a bit spotty at times) and free breakfast. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the Interlaken West station (roughly 10 minutes), but we didn't mind the walk into downtown Interlaken or Unterseen after we had dropped off luggage (very pretty walks). The hotel is an easy walk (under 5 minutes) to both Husi Bierhaus and Citta Vecchia if you are looking for good restaurants nearby (Husi's beer list is awesome). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, but we did find it to be a little expensive compared to the other hotels throughout Switzerland we stayed at that were similar quality.

a littel walk from both the stations. Hotel was nice ,staff excellent. No fans though and no AC . Was little hot and being used to the ac in Toronto we were looking for a fan at least. Had to shell out 10 CHF / night. which i feel should be complimentary as we already paid 600 CAD for 2 nights !! other than that no issues great view next to the river !!

The view from our room was fabulous. It overlooked the river and we could also see the beautiful mountains in the distant. The environment is very peaceful and you can feel the connection with nature. Tip: if you open the balcony door or windows at night, you should turn off the lights in your room and draw the curtains otherwise some insects may fly into your room.

Good location! Amazing snow capped mountain view. Only downfall is room was too warm and no fanbwas available. But friendly and helpful staffs.

Fabulous hotel with lovely helpful staff. Immaculately clean! Will definitely stay here when I return to Interlaken.
