The view from our room 205 was superb! We can see the beautiful mountains and the river. Very picturesque. The hotel is located on the other side of the town, a peaceful and quiet area. It is central of both two interlaken stations though interlaken west station was slightly nearer. The staffs were wonderful and nice. They were very helpful to provide us with information on what to do at interlaken. And I really appreciated the gestures and things that they do to make us feel welcomed. The hotel offers complimentary high tea, offer the use of umberalla without asking and the mini gifts and personal messages.

Hotel is located right on the river. We had a mountain and river view room with a balcony. The view was beyond words...absolutely beautiful. Hotel staff was so friendly. Front desk girls were helpful and super nice. Breakfast was good and enough to eat. Beds were average.

Staff was excellent. Located on the banks of river, with a convenient footbridge to walk to the center of town, this was a delightful one night stay over before traveling up to the Top of Europe and Schilthorn.

Excellent location right on river. Service was impeccable! I liked everything about this experience. Free parking right in front of hotel. Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea and cookies. Diana was an awesome manager and the entire staff was the best.

i had a nice time at hotel goldey...firstly its a long walk (15 minutes) from the metro station...n secondly the wifi has its issues in hotel rooms...otherwise hotel is very nice...view of south facing rooms is great...one should ask for south facing rooms for a great view....staff are very friendly and helpfull.

The view is superb, the staff is super helpful, and the location is unbeatable.

the location is a bit far away from the center of interlaken, and there's not many restuarants around. But the service is great, people are nice, and the room was comfortable

We have been living in Europe for 2 years and have traveled all over this region. Our stay at the Goldey Swiss hotel was the most amazing experience we have had so far in Europe. From the moment we walked in the door with our 11 month old son, the hotel staff was nothing but smiles. Our room was excellent with a beautiful view of the Alps, and there was even a personalized hand-written welcome note on our pillow. The staff had already placed the baby bed in our room, and even had a baby towel and wash cloth hanging in the shower for him. The hotel is in the best location (in my opinion) to walk alongside the river through Interlaken. The food was very well prepared and the staff was very attentive to our table. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to travel to Interlaken. We will definitely stay here again before we leave Europe.

Lovely location on the river & a short walk to either train station. The hotel is very very clean & recently renovated. It is compact though & I would have liked the bathroom & in particular the shower to be a tad larger as it is very small. Staff are very helpful, the room is quiet & the food is good.
