We took a two-bed room suite and it fits perfect for our family of 7. Rooms are clean and beds are very conformable. The breakfast is very good. Staffs are very kind and helpful.

Not really.

Maids are greatest. Always a smile with fresh linens. New management great. I feeling like it’s, more of a Home away from HOME. They do their best to make you happy you checked into their Suites. Pet friendly, happy people, make you feel like friends you haven’t seen for a while. So come check it out for yourselves! Wether it’s for a short stay or long term contract they aim to please.

Very clean and quiet

Holes in the carpeting, a shredded wall, a broken elevator, the breakfast room closed indefinitely, and six roaches during our 6-day stay! I am assuming that those are just some of the reasons that this hotel changed management a month ago. The only problem with brand-new management is that in addition to the unsolved problems, you have new, inexperienced staff. No one told us that housekeeping doesn't stop by every day---one front desk employee told us it was every 3 days, then the manager told us it was every other day and the reason it was 4 days for us was because our usual "refresh" day was on a holiday so our turn was skipped. One employee was nice about getting us new washcloths (I am still trying to figure out how one washcloth for 2 people for 4 days works out) but another initially refused and was downright nasty. We rented the extended-stay hotel room for the kitchen, but it was poorly equipped with 2 pots and a skillet but no cooking utensils or dishwashing detergent. The new manager assured me that she was working on the problems so I will give her the benefit of the doubt, but I think it will be at least 6 months before it is a comfortable hotel again.

Elevator? Broken. Breakfast? "we're not offering breakfast currently". TV? Half working. Just avoid this place. Slummy hotel at a normal hotel price.

No breakfast Put on Fourth floor with elevator out of service I am handicapped and clerk said no rooms on lower floor.

"Queen" bed was more like a double. Worst sleep of the year, hands down.

During the storm Milton we came with the whole family together with our dog (smooth-haired toy terrier mini), for 2 days, the price for the room suited us, but for us there was a big surprise in the price for the dog's stay. 230$!!! In addition, their elevator is closed for maintenance, and this was problematic, since we (let me remind you, a family of 2 small children) were settled on the very top floor. Cool, isn't it? This is a real scam. When you write a description of your apartments, it would be good to at least indicate your prices for additional services. We will not come back here again.

We had no hot water in our room.
