My room did not have pillows. I went to ask at reception and they only had one. The door could not be closed completely because the lock was broken.

Nothing

Ghetto location. Many sketchy individuals hanging around. Noise. I can hear next door banging. Poorly kept facility

Needs remodeling and better ventilation to rid of smell

The entire room was very clean. The bed was creaky and not super comfortable but not too bad either. The pillows were flat and we asked for more several times but they ran out. We were told housekeeping would come by every other day so we had our dirty towels ready to exchange for clean ones and I pulled my own trash and they never came by. I called the front desk to ask them to bring some fresh towels and they still didn’t come so my husband asked one of the housekeepers while she was cleaning next door. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was great and my kid enjoyed the chocolate milk and yogurt.

It was okay. It’s outdated but okay for proximity to our event.

Very lacking, and the bed was super uncomfortable

Despite the storms their back on track. I happy with the improvement's they’ve made. Their here to serve us better. I like the new attitudes of no problem, we’re here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their maid service has improved, breakfast has a few new items. Their showing they care about me. A change of attitude, the customer needs come first now. Come see for yourself.

Over all would stay again!
