Clean,exclusive and attention to detail

Because it was royal ascot week I thought it was over-staffed,apart from that it was superb and I cannot wait to go back.

It was really nice stay however few things change like breakfast since I was there last. It is not as grate as last time!

A really lovely place, and I would be happy to return in the future. However, I was a little disappointed by a few things compared to previous visits. Coffee is now an additional charge at breakfast, there seemed to be fewer options available than before, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during my visit. I also noticed that there were quite a lot of children in the spa area, which made it feel less relaxing than expected. I love dogs and have no issue with them being allowed in the restaurant area. However, I did notice some owners allowing their dogs to jump onto seats and put their paws on tables, which I don't feel is appropriate in a dining environment. Overall, I still had a great experience, but these points did detract slightly from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

What isn’t to like? From the moment you arrive it’s pure 5* service. From the valet parking, bag collection and check in service. The staff cannot do enough for you. Every member of staff has a smile on their face. We were celebrating our anniversary and that included a free room upgrade, free champagne on the terrace and free cake in the room too. Amir went above and beyond serving us for dinner on the terrace. His smile is contagious and he bends over backwards for you. His knowledge of the menu was second to none. We asked for a photo and it turned into a photoshoot which we loved. Terrace also has live music. The spa facilities again fantastic and children are allowed 4-6pm 7-9am

Great location (20 min from Heathrow), the hotel is extremely super clean, the staff are very kind, helpful,welcoming, smiling all the time. breakfast buffet was excellent, even the staff and chefs at breakfast was very welcoming and make you feel like home (Kalin), the 1215 bar is amazing, food was great, and staff as well (Hamza).

The Italian restaurant is a bit limited in menu, almost no people there in the restaurant, although the staff there were very helpful and welcoming.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel, the view, the reception staff, and the overall comfort were all excellent. The duty manager was outstanding and made every effort to ensure our comfort and provide a smooth and pleasant experience
