"Very bad hotel"

Only the bed was comfortable

If I could rate this hotel negative I would do it How on earth a hotel in Tunisia and the bathrooms without shatafa (built in bidet) People are not smiling looks like they are not happy about there job Everything in the hotel is soooo old, they are not updating anything Definitely I'll never come back again to this hotel This hotel is 3 stars maximum if I'm generous

"Good hotel with great staffs, very enjoyed the stay."

Beach was at the hotel front door, Food was very great and very varied, exceptional waiting services Reception Manager was at care and very approachable and welcoming, friendly and made everything requested possible and acted fast. Restaurant staffs and cleaner very sweet and went extra miles making our stay enjoyable. We had a very nice time and great memories and will be back to this hotel.

Spa staffs unhelpful, terrible service and arrogant. We had to wait ages for treatments they seemed at care more with the gentlemen than the ladies…Terrible air conditioning not powerful enough in communal areas and rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of refreshing.
