No mini fridge in the room, No water offered in the room, Noisy area at night with the neighbour having night party. The family block is adjacent to private neighborhood’s residence with open air party every night. Not fun for sleeping.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel AT ALL. The room did not meet my expectations at all. The service wasn’t good. The room service never answered the phone. The room was very old and dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want luxury and cleanness. The WiFi did not work in my room! The employees acted annoyed when I asked them for something.

The location was ok, the room is large and with nice view.

The food not good.Old furnature, The staff are so stressed. I experienced some discrimination, and was lucky to meet the director of the hotel by chance and talked to him, but his answer was not professional !! We were there 3 families and 2 friends and we all decided not to visit it again. Too noisy. More as 4 stars hotel not 5.

The personal staff are very nice and friendly

There’s no wifi in the room and they charged me for my 2 years old daughter 230 Dinar, even in booking they said under 4 years are free

The Staff and service were good, the food acceptable.

The room wide but fournitures and water taps are in ruins, equipments and 5 stars fournitures are non-existent. I would rather say this hotel is very old and should be degraded to 4 stars max.
