I would have rated this stay more than 3 stars is it wasn’t for one of the worst nights sleep ever ! At 4 am the air conditioning unit started whirring and nothing we did turned it off. Finally it stopped of its own accord only to start again for 10mins every hour? When we complained to the front desk the concierge told us it wasn’t the first time he had heard that! If the hotel knew there was a problem why put us in room 31! On the upside some of the nicest and most friendly staff I have ever come across ! Just not sure we will come back
