I had a truly wonderful experience at The Belsfield Hotel. The hotel is located in an exceptionally convenient area, just a short walk from the Bowness Bay cruise and ferry piers, which made sightseeing very easy and enjoyable. What makes this hotel truly special is its friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful staff. Their smiles and hospitality greatly enhance the value of the hotel. In particular, Philip from the concierge team created a detailed, handwritten guide for our visit to Grasmere. Thanks to his thoughtful and informative notes, we were able to enjoy a very efficient and fulfilling day of sightseeing. We are deeply grateful to Philip for helping us create such wonderful memories. I sincerely hope to visit this hotel again someday.
