Perfect position, beautiful lake view. The staff were amazing, they made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Bar staff made my favourite cocktail even though it wasn’t on the drinks menu 🩷food was delicious, we had the steak & ale pie, vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. A big thank you to :- Taylor Moses Ashley Charlie Philip Gareth Can’t choose one because they were all brilliant, you must be very proud of them because it didn’t matter that we only stayed for one night.

Our bed was a standard double and were used to a super king so didn’t sleep well, however that is not a criticism as it is personal choice. The bed linen was top quality.

Great hotel ,a short walk into Bowness .Lovely room with lake view .good food .Staff were great .Especially Taylor ,very effeccient ,great sense of humour and Nicki ? I think they called his partner in crime who was great so oblidging and certainly knew how to serve you a brandy

We could only stay for one night but next time we’ll stay for longer. Our room was in the tower (the Rapunzel suite 😆) though a bit on the small size for us it was worth it if only for the magnificent view of the lake & surrounding country side. Check in was quick & easy. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. I love a brandy Alexander after dinner and although it wasn’t on the drinks menu they went put in the effort to make it for me . The food was delicious,we both had the steak & ale pie and can recommend it, all fresh & homemade. They made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to:- Taylor Moses Ashley Charlie Philip Not forgetting the chef Gareth. Will definitely be back🥰

الفندق جميله واجمل شي موقعه و الغرفه الكبيره اخذت وسيعه ومريحه ..

الباركيه فيه صوت و زجاج النافذة وصخ اول ماوصلنا رغم اني حاجزه الغرفه الكبيره عشان الاطلاله الجميله و بلغناهم وبكرا الصباح حاولوا ينظفونها نقطه يشكرون عليها بس تمنيت استلمها نظيفه .. موظفه الاستقبال اسلوبها حاد ودفشه ومارضت تدخلنا لين جت 3 مع ان واضح الغرفه جاهزه والدليل طلعوا شنطنا للغرفه من الساعه 2م الافطار محدود بشكل عام ارجع اسكن فيه لاني ماشفت افضل واقرب منه في ويندرمير

Amazing stay. Loved every second of our stay. The guy in reception was very nice and couldn’t be more helpful. Think his name was Miguel. Described our room as having the best view in the hotel and we wasn’t disappointed. It was the highest room at the top of the tower. Breakfast was very good. Can’t fault anything. Would definitely stay here again
