Ramada by Wyndham Crawley Gatwick

Stayed as part of parking deal and paid as much for 1-night hotel and 6 days parking. The hotel was easy to find and handy if you wanted to go into Crawley. We stayed in the Sussex Suite and our room smelt of fresh paint. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional with a powerful shower but needed to spend a littloe modernising. But would stay again so not too bad.

Situated on the High street,with restaurants nearby.The main building is full of character.Our room was in an annex out in the back carpark.Everything you needed although the shower was poor.The hotel is very security conscious needing your key to enter, even into the main entrance.Probably to stop anyone just walking in off the street.All you can eat breakfast is extra

Everything was fine. There was a power cut but not the hotels fault!

Tv was good size and worked well with HDMI input. However taps didnt work, shower was cold, room was stuffy and in the prison like sussex wing its very noisey from carwash and the building site that has been view for last 4 years. There is always a herbal tobacco smell in communial areas.

The hotel is in a great location on the high street and offers free parking which is rare for the area. The building is very tired, lacks any sort of atmosphere and is clearly in need of a full refurbishment, however it is reasonably clean. With the exception of a vending machine and a “sticky floor” nightclub, there are no other restaurant/bar or leisure facilities here and the photographs on the website are rather deceiving. My single room on the top floor was compact but comfortable however like the rest of the building, was dated and worn with only the bare essentials. The shower however was terrible with almost no water pressure and only luke warm water at best. I wouldn’t refuse to stay here again but there are certainly much better options within the same price range which I would choose over Ramada Gatwick.

Excellent staff, from management to housekeeping. I wouldn't stay anywhere else whilst in Crawley.

Very old hotel. No lift. Lots of stairs to get to all rooms. Nothing about this in property description. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was in crawley for a night out with friends, rather than worry about getting a cab home i chose to stay. Perfect hotel, perfect location, right on the high street, all bars and resturants on the door step, ample parking, wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Always stay here when in Crawley, nice rooms, friendly staff, great area for restaurants and pubs, main shopping centre is a 2 minute walk. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Always stay at this hotel when working in Crawley, staff are friendly, the area is full of places to eat and the shopping centre is a few minutes walk away.
