Ramada by Wyndham Crawley Gatwick

More than good enough for a one night stop over if your flying into Gatwick. Nice historic building with the facilities of a standard 3 star. Good location right on Crawley High Street, so ships and restaurants right outside l.

Location was perfect and the staff very nice. Breakfast very good too

If your coming to Winchester then it’s ok If your leaving Winchester it’s not ok as there is no slip road to get to it and it’s a 16 mile round trip to get back to the services 😩 The WiFi is rubbish as well

Stayed here before flying out. Location is good for airport and plenty of places to find something to eat. We paid for this as part of hotel extra package so cost wise was reasonable. Would stay again if flying from Gatwick. Only 1 negative is the TV in room kept losing signal

Old hotel with character, didn't feel it was tired in any way. Very good value for money, decent night's sleep on a soft, comfortable bed. Shame no on sight bar in such an old building, just a packed nightclub which wasn't much fun sadly and rowdy pub across the road felt uncomfortable, indeed somebody got attacked. Nothing to do with the hotel obviously, should have tried the Wetherspoons.

Stayed on a Saturday evening having been to a family celebration! Having asked specifically for a room with a bath, I was disappointed to find that the hot tap on the bath didn't work, so was unable to take a bath. Also being at the back of the hotel on the edge of the carpark it was very noisy until the early hours! Other wise the room was very comfortable, clean and reception staff polite and friendly. Good value for money

I was meeting friends and family for a meal at the George when I wasn't sure where to go. The receptionist who was working on Friday the 6th of December (not sure of his name, it was something like kingpor) was so professional, helpful and kind and went so far out of his way to help I just had to give him a mention. I often use hotels and with a man like him as the first point of contact means I would be happy to use these premises and recommend it to friends.

The room itself was good, small but practical and comfortable so no complaints. Due to being an old building everything creeks so quite noisy. However the noise outside was ridiculous from 6am - lorries reversing and sounds like cages being moved, a car wash so vehicles coming and going and people talking loudly!! Got woken at 6am so not impressed! For this reason I wouldn’t stay again!!
