Ramada by Wyndham Crawley Gatwick

Usually we stay elsewhere in Crawley but at the last minute we bagged a Triple Family Room for £71 thru Booking.com and on arrival it looked liked we had arrived into Downtown Manhattan with the large team of noisy car washers just nearby Check-in was good and we were allowed a slight early check in and the room and situation was away from the hotel but from outside with two doors to get thru our room was clean , tidy and fine but it was tired & did not some TLC in lots of areas The WIFI worked fine and overall our stay was average but sadly the property does need some funding on bringing it up to its 3 Star category

Very dated, reception was weird. No greeting it’s 7 in the morning and I am writing this email. Not happy at all. Can hear outside noises. Shower is poor and cold water. Something outside keeps making noises and very annoying. Too many noises around the hotel. Receptionist doesn’t open the door until you say your name and found it concerning as there are people around you and has to say my name. Got triple room, tv so small it’s smaller then my hand. Very poor

Just needed a bed for one night before going to Ardingly autojumble.

This is the first time I’ve stayed here and the location was good! Staff at reception were friendly. I liked the room, it was outdated but in a good way! Very comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The breakfast was also really good. I would stay here again as it is close to the airport and also close to a really nice shopping centre!

The description of this hotel as budget is 100% appropriate. It is not really budget it is 3rd world. The rooms are grim, noisy and desperately need a facelift. Avoid the High St because late at night we witnessed drug dealing, fights and people being sick - lovely. Avoid!!

Stayed in the superior double. Nice and spacious. Decor a bit tired and floorboards very squeaky! Shower not powerful. Can't really fault it otherwise tho. Good value for money, breakfast and free parking good and great location for town.

This very historic and quaint hotel is perfect for any holiday stay. It was my second visit. Close enough to London to easily sight see but quiet, clean, affordable and safe. Just a hop to Gatwick if you need to be near airport. The staff are friendly and take great care of all. Excellent venue!

The hotel mixes the super old heritage building and some newer features. The interior feels slightly outdated but it has been clean and perfect for a night before the flight. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within 5 minutes walk. I definitely recommend it over other newer hotels in Crawley.

Very tired building and facilities. Wi fi coverage and strength was poor which lead to intermittent reception and slow service. TV signal to the room was poor. Bedroom and building fabric was tired

My second stay this year. The hotel is comfortable and friendly.
