"Pay more to stay elsewhere."

Nothing….. seriously….. nothing

The room was horrendous….. stains on the carpet and the room was substandard. The staff….. are a joke (poor customer service)

"Wouldn't stay again."

Late check in. Room size.

TV was dangerously attached to the bracket. Bed was very hard. Room was dirty and dusty. A lot of broken things in the room. Door wasn't very secure when shut.

I didn't like the fact someone was filming an adult movie in one of the rooms. I guess whatever a guest gets up to after they've bought the room is up to them. I think my bed had something wrong with it because It felt like I was sinking into it.

"Good location but wouldnt stay again"

Good location to himley hall. Free parking

Damp peeling wallpaper walls, paint was flaking off and landing on my bag and belongings, shower didn’t work, felt unsafe. Condensation on windows

"First time staying here we found it comfortable and clean ample parking friendly staff, and great price would defo stay"

Even though it was a older decor it was clean the bed was comfortable the tv worked the desk staff was friendly, we was able to get drinks,

The shower was a bit outdated but it worked, the toilet seat was a bit loose needs fixing and would have been nice if we could have had breakfast.

Location was great for the event at himley hall

Room 209. The tv didn't work, the windows didn't open, the bath was dirty with hair down the plug hole and no body wash in the dispenser, the toilet seat at hairs on it. The cupboard by the bed was broken had no door on it. Also my friend that stayed in Room 222 had no lights working. Improvements are needed in this hotel. I wont be recommending.

Location

Wasn’t clean at all dirty toilet. Cracked light. Disgusting bath. Filler inside job not finished room 107.
