"Very disappointing"

Location

Room 205. Bed uncomfortable, only one pillow, toilet not even fixed to the wall or floor and balancing on a piece of broken floor tile, dirty untiled floor around toilet, windows and frames caked in mould and dirt. Very very poor

"Cheap for a reason"

Close to Himley Hall, reasonably priced

Bathroom was filthy! No way I'd be using the bath/shower. Pillows were rock hard and have left me and my friend with neck ache.

Nothing at all. Didn’t stay. Left immediately first impression awful room awful

Didn’t stay. Room very smelly windows blown. Bed sheets ripped. Grout in bathroom very dirty. Carpet dirty. Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend

The livingroom on the outside. The pub nearby. They arrange an issue that i got with the booking. People were nice the one of a weeding. The town was nice also.

The location, it was 1.5 km away from the buses that depart from the bus station. Never get n15. Because of this i missed the stonehenge tour. The attention of the other people. The one that was on shift when i arrived was ok. They didn't have restaurant working. The bar didn't have many beer options. The garden outside the window was abandoned. They didn't woke me up even when I've asked that. Carpet was stained. Light went out and have to call to be fixed. Bathroom did't have hot water.

"Never again should be closed down"

Locked out room all stuff was in there gave another room had to wait next day for handy man losing 2 hours wages. Water was freezing to rocked upto work in work no wash very late and embarrassed asked for refund ignored also the ne2 room was a water dripping all night no side tables jist a complete disgrace

"Room for improvement 😂"

It was very funny. Abit like fawlty towers

The bed dipped rather dramatically in the middle and the shower was cold (to name a few)
