Great value for money in a good location, quiet, comfortable room with a good powerful shower. Overall a good stay with free parking.

The room wasn’t overly clean, some of the fittings could do with replacing (broken bed base, but comfortable enough to sleep in, dodgy taps and a door to an adjoining room that couldn’t be locked from my side was a bit concerning) but overall ok.

The location

Dirty, smelt damp everywhere no hot water, windows full of condensation due to the dampness off the room, toilet leaked, hair dryer broke, bed broke, still hairs every where in bathroom not ours. Overall I will never stay again

Nothing

Bed was unfit for use in a hotel. No hot water. Staff were indifferent when advised. The exterior was unkept with weed growth and rubbish.

There was no hot water within my room, spoke to staff one staff member said they could change my room, other member of staff said they were fully booked. Upon my arrival of the room, there were stains all down the toilet, coffee cups were filthy and there was no spoon or milk. Also no toilet roll had to ask. This took the staff a while to sort out. Spoke to staff more than once about how unhappy I was and nothing got done.
