Amazing location — steps from metro stop and across the street from ballpark village

Room could have been slightly cleaner in a deep cleaning sense: surprising splatter stain on wallpaper and odd stain on chair

We were at the Cardinals game so it was perfect! Just walk across the street!! Beds were very comfortable and shower and soaker tub were so great. Thank you!! We will definitely co wider staying here again if we go to a game.

We couldn’t get the frig in the room to be cold and it was plugged in.

朝食込みの料金で予約をしたが朝食が付いておらず、返金対応無し。そもそも朝食プランは無い。ベッドメイキングも無し。ボトルウォーターの在庫切れで水も貰えない。タオルの交換を頼むとスタッフが居ないから自分でやるように言われた。思い出の家族旅行であったため非常に残念な滞在となり、もう利用することはありません。

Gorgeous hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable.

the bathroom trash had someone else's trash in it, there was a glass missing and an old paper towel left, and the toilet didn't seem to have been cleaned. someone knocked on our door at 9am asking what time we would be out when checkout was at 11am. I also paid extra on booking.com for breakfast just to find out that wasn't offered.
