Not a great experience. The room smelled heavily of smoke. Pillows were lumpy. Ac/heater was loud.

This was a one night stay for a road trip. Mold was in the bathroom. I told the front desk attendant who told me I had to email the general manager. They didn’t seem to care. The breakfast options were not good. They had milk for cereal just sitting out on the counter in a gallon jug. You get what you pay for.

Bed bug bites are on my wife and I arms and neck after staying in this hotel. I actually saw one crawling across the pillow. I recorded one crawling across the bed. I also found hair in the bed. The ceiling was pilling from water damage. The TV was broken. The staff moved me to a different room but I could not get comfortable. I requested a refund but didn’t not receive one. Plus they doubled charged my credit card. I am a real person this is not me being mean. I AM WARNING YOU TO NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL….Ever!

This place is a roach motel with drug users. Terrible discusting hotel. Room not clean tooth and soap smear all over faucet and mirror and counter. Towels dirty. Room in need of major repairs no cover on AC/ Heater unit.

The first room they gave us the door lock didn't work. The staff memberacted as if they didn't believe me. At breakfast the milk was sitting on the counter, no ice or qnyway to keep it cold. When checking out the person working the counter didn"t seem to believe me about the lock to the first room, either. Why would I lie about someones safty?

It was clean at first glance but when i got up to ise bathroom in middle of night i saw roaches in the bathroom.

This was the dirtiest run down hotel that have ever stayed in within the U.S. It was filthy. Dust and dirt and scum on every surface, dresser missing a whole drawer. Disgusting splatter all over the walls, I could go on for days. Also the front desk receptionist stopped in the middle of check in to take her birth control pill. Hotels.com should not be doing business with this property, it makes your organization look bad.

Property was poorly maintained overall and very dated. Bathroom was unclean. Breakfast area was not stocked well and out of food. Dumpsters were full of trash.
