The wife I didn't feel safe at all we had to sleep with the chair near the door and the place was disgusting

Door locks do not work. Had to move furniture in front of the door for my protection!

First of all, the room had dirty sheets, there was hair in the sink, on the floor, there was mildue on the ceiling door didn’t lock, alot of sketchy people around… never again!!!

Receptacle was loose and rusting. Bath tub was chipped, grout around tub coming off. Very low toilet. No coffee or tea for coffee pot. And, the topping on this failed cake was bed bugs. Plus the manager says that since we checked in three hours before, he wouldn’t refund our cost.

Check in- had to wait 15 mins. while the person counted the money box. As it apparently HAD to be done at 645pm. I had prepaid.. so no money was changing hands. Area felt unsafe, many people lingering around, dark corners. I had one towel and 2 washcloths- glad it was only me. Bed was very comfy and appeared clean. Water was running some place all night.. couldnt wait to get out of there in the am.

Front desk was very good. Professional and friendly. The room was warm when we entered and then no heat. We froze , no blankets either. NO hot water. Couldn’t take a shower

Bed was uncomfortable

Worse bed ever, seemed dirty, could hear people on second floor all night, kids running around, and now I need my back adjusted. Checkout time clearly stated to be 11:00 am, so the continued knocking and asking if I am checking out today, a good 30-40 min. BEFORE checkout time, is not necessary, and just making people mad. I will NOT be staying at this location again.

With Room was basic. Clean. Cold night no extra blanket in room so I threw my coat over me to stay warm. Smoke detector battery chirped all night. Little sleep. Breakfast, even for a budget hotel, had few choices and little appeal.
