Room was a good foyr minutes from lobby. Room was very cold, had to ask tor a heater.
I booked this hotel last minute after getting caught in a 4-hour delay on the M6 while heading to London for work. Before booking, I gave them a quick call to check about late arrivals, and they reassured me the check-in desk was open 24 hours. I explained I’d probably get there around 10:30–11 pm, and they said that was no problem. When I finally arrived, the staff were so welcoming and even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. To top it off, when I got to my room there was a lovely note from Sam and his team, along with some crisps and chocolates to brighten my evening after the long drive. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made a tough day end on a high note. The whole team were friendly and helpful, and I’ve already told my colleagues that if they’re ever in Oxford, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Modern hotel located suburbs of Oxford. Easy to park a car and has large rooms. While Oxford is driving distance, the restaurant serves nice meals.
The property is easy to get around and very bright and welcoming. The staff are excellent , always willing to help. The room I was given was very comfortable but the only downside was the bathroom . Myself and my husband found it difficult to get in and out of the bath to use the shower!
Poor experience!! First of all,we booked superior double bedroom which was shown much better and bigger on the internet. The first photo shown is the reality and we then asked the reception to change the room because that is at the corner and may be therefore smaller.The Asian woman staff kept saying that this is the size that we booked and that because we check in earlier at 13:30,it’s already very good for us to need not to pay the extra fee for earlier check in! She then moved us to superior triple room,which charge us £10per day,which is of normal size as shown and okay. The ventilation fan and air conditioner sometimes work and sometimes doesn’t. The bathroom is so narrow that there’s no space to walk and the door is next to the bed.The buffet was quite good but the gym could be improved as the space is too narrow. The location is quite far from city centre which takes 15min bus.The experience is okay if the room matches the details online and the staff could be more polite other than the Asian woman I mentioned
GBThis hotel is located a couple of miles outside the city and is very well serviced by the local bus companies, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, (15 minute journey) We had double room which was just what you would expect from most hotels, comfy bed, tv, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, shower over the bath in which was a small compact bathroom but it does the job ...... the only thing that i don't understand is having a fridge in the room that is at room temperature !!! no point really being there, (if it is to stop guests from bringing alcohol to their rooms and chilling their wine ... then just get rid of the fridge ... as they don't work.) We didn't avail of the leisure facilities so can't comment on these but they do serve a very nice breakfast with a good variety to choose from. The only thing i would love to see is some work/landscaping on the courtyard areas .. not very pretty when looking out of the windows from the room, very overgrown/weedy and neglected ... just my opinion though. All in all this was a nice hotel, great reception/lobby area and we enjoyed our stay.
