Restaurant staff were moody!
Room had stains all over the carpet. Liquid stains on wall. Restaurant for breakfast was very nice and breakfast was delicious with extensive selection. Pool very small have to book a slot. Small gym. Nice lounge area to sit and relax. Friendly reception staff.
Messaged hotel on a couple of occasions
Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel is nicely located and we have stayed here on numerous occasions.
GBThis has got to be the worst hotel we have stayed at. Reception staff had terrible English and every member of staff were foreign and the same. We had booked a superior double room. It was awful. The bed was lumpy and pillows terrible. Nets filthy on the windows and looked out onto an unkempt bit of grass and onto other rooms that looked like a prison camp with dirty walls. The bathroom was tiny and paint peeling. Shower shocking. Our room carpets were filthy and the fridge didn’t work. The spa was awful and changing rooms dirty with broken hair dryers. The pool was tiny. Our room wasn’t cleaned even after asking for more towels and toilet rolls we didn’t get any. The hotel is like a rabbit warren with dirty carpets in the corridors and trays and bottles and all sorts left outside rooms. There are no lifts either. Paint is peeling everywhere. The prices in Leo’s restaurant are ridiculous as they are in The Marco Pierre steakhouse. You also have to pay for parking on site. Although the hotel is 5 minutes drive to Oxford it’s so isolated with nowhere nearby to eat or drink. We were so disappointed and it spoilt our break. It was so expensive too. We don’t usually complain and have stayed in the Leonardo hotel in Liverpool on the Albert Dock which was lovely. If this was a premier inn we d have got a refund.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent.
Stayed for one night with wife and kids when visiting Blenheim Palace/Oxford. Cot provided. Good variety for breakfast. Would happily stay again.
