The location and room are good enough.

Don't book this hotel for business, they are not able to generate an invoice for you with the room tax in details. They would refer you back to the Booking.com platform for the invoice. Booking.com can provide the transaction receipt, but the invoice with room rates and tax should be provided by hotels. Well, this one cannot. It doesn't matter if you write them, call them, explain them, their answer is that they can not.

Location. Breakfast was decent

I didn’t like the no key and only passcode to get in. When I got to my room the door was not shut all the way and I was able to push it open without putting a code in which made me second guess everytime I shut the door. Price was a little high for the value. Location was ok for an event at SAP center.

We’ve had better breakfast selections elsewhere but your staff was good at keeping up with a whole group that came at once.

Signage. I wanted a cup of coffee later in the day and it was difficult finding out how to accomplish that task.

More variety was needed for the breakfast. For example: scrambled or boiled eggs, linked sausages and bananas or grapefruit. Even a fruit cup would be nice in light of the hotel price.

Located close to SAP Center and not far from from Santana Road area.

No actual tv and limited staff on site. Road noise and neighbor noise was pretty bad a couple of nights. Tub was very comfortable but old and bathroom could use remodel.

"Nice property in a not so nice neighborhood."

The property was clean and well decorated. Parking was great under the hotel which was well lit.

The shower in our room was not working properly. The hotel was across the street from a marijuana dispensary and the smell permeated the hotel. Some guest were unruly at 1-2:00 am keeping us awake.

The property is conveniently located near numerous shops and dining options, with a gas station right across the street. It also offers easy access to major highways, making travel simple and efficient.

During our stay, we did witness a homeless man urinating in a corner of the parking garage. Additionally, the street noise at night was quite loud, which made it difficult for us to sleep. We understand that these issues are largely outside of the property’s control, but they did impact our overall experience.
