Arkle is open Thursday to Saturday inclusive. Please note that the hotel will pre-authorize your credit or debit card up to the value of your booking plus GBP100.00 for any extras taken. Mastercard debit cards, Maestro or Visa Electron cannot be pre-authorized. The spa is open Thursday to Monday only. Please note that the thermal suite in the spa is available to the guests for an extra charge of GBP 35 per room, for the duration of your stay. Please note that payment must be from the original card used to make the booking. Car parking charges when using the Grosvenor Shopping Center car park are £15.00 per 24 hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Short but sweet"

Dream hotel wanted to stay for years Suprised birthday room food but she’s got some issues over past relationships so she lashed out and I didn’t feel comfortable staying so we came home she’s very anxious and went thru some horrible things younger Still not trying to take it personal Also couldn you please clearly inform Bookings to state the 100 online as I have a long standing account iv earn a reasonable amount of trust But moving forwards it was amazing in so supet we left early staff amazing decor surroundings I do believe she might have left a couple of make up But room 128 Ollie140890@hotmail. Old information n parking charges on the guest services channel on tv. It said £10 parking charges per 34 hours this was £16

A special place, grand exterior and staircase and comfortable spacious rooms. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was lovely and we had everything we needed. The lift to the car park was very useful. The Hotel is right in the heart of Chester and makes it so perfect for any destination of the city.

Room a little tired but not so much it distracted from the specialness of the hotel
