Arkle is open Thursday to Saturday inclusive. Please note that the hotel will pre-authorize your credit or debit card up to the value of your booking plus GBP100.00 for any extras taken. Mastercard debit cards, Maestro or Visa Electron cannot be pre-authorized. The spa is open Thursday to Monday only. Please note that the thermal suite in the spa is available to the guests for an extra charge of GBP 35 per room, for the duration of your stay. Please note that payment must be from the original card used to make the booking. Car parking charges when using the Grosvenor Shopping Center car park are £15.00 per 24 hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

A lovely big room, delicious food, breakfast and dinner. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even though there had been a death amongst the staff during our stay, they were professional.

The wine could have been cooler, but apart from that everything was great.

Spacious room with a sofa. Excellent location right in the centre of 'The Rows' Good range of breakfast options. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff.

Staff failed to tell us that the taxi we'd booked had been cancelled, leaving us to make a mad dash to the station on foot.
