Best Western Sault Ste. Marie

Room was clean but the pool was gross. French fries and wrappers floating around, yuck.

Room was okay- area around property was not very well maintained

needed to cancel 2nd night for other reasons, but found hotel OK at best

The room door was sticky and hard to open. The bathroom door wouldn't shut at all. The fan in the bathroom, on whenever the light was on, sounded like an aircraft carrier during flight ops. The hotel touted 25Mbps internet, but even at times the hotel was almost empty, or in the middle of the night, was no faster than 10-15; at prime streaming time, it was unusable.

Breakfast was fabulous!!!

Everything was really great!!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Spent a few nights at BW in St. Ignace and the rooms were so much nicer with laminate flooring and an extra blanket. Staff was much friendlier as well.

The bed was comfortable. The ease of getting something to eat, I mean there were two restaurants across the street.

The breakfast was not that good. I got some fruit loops and they were stale, the coffee was not that good, the juice's were watered down.

The halls of the hotel had a very strong smell (like a skunk) at night. Thankfully our no -smoking room did not have the smell.
