Best Western Sault Ste. Marie

Needs some updating. Never had linens picked up or trash removed the whole time we stayed there.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Close to Soo Locks and other sites that we went to visit

Had to ask for more towels and bathroom supplies. They did not do service on the rooms every day. Shower was a bit too small.

The room was very clean and smelled clean.

Having shampoo in the room not 2 bottles of conditioner or lotion and having caffeinated coffee in the room not just decaffeinated. Having more pool towels in the pool area not just 2.

Air conditioning and shower pressure/heat were good. Breakfast had a good vairiety of options and I always enjoy freshly made waffles. The pool looked green and uninviting. Our shower curtain had mold. Beds weren't overly comfortable.

Nice room, good breakfast, near the highway for easy access , pool always seemed busy with kids playing Marco Polo, but then, that’s why they came too

The update from the last time staying much needed and beds/pillows very comfortable

Clean room, stuff was nice, but the pool was cold..and didn’t have many towels at the pool.

Windows in our room were cracked. The industrial clothes dryer cycle on and off too frequently in the evening and nighttime causing a loud rumble. The refrigerator in our room did not close properly so the unit did not cool even though it ran continuously. The grounds were mowed but weeds should be pulled from the areas near the building that are covered with rocks. On a good note, the lobby is nice and the breakfast was more than we expected.
