Great hotel, so many things to do! Kids club was great, adult entertainment also great (didn't always run what they advertised) but still did some good stuff. Clean hotel, wide variety of food and very tasty. Didn't even struggle with a toddler who is allergic to dairy, he ate really well. Good labels for allergens. Lots of pools, great splash park and 3 fun slides, only complaint is no slides for smaller kids as the pool is deep at the other side but my almost 2 year old did manage with his floats on. Rooms had everything that was needed. Not a huge amount to do in the surrounding area but it is right next to a bus stop with buses every 30 mins to a bigger town so we went there a couple of times. If you want a relaxing holiday with some hotel activities this place is for you.

Hotel was amazing! Staff wonderful. Cleanest hotel i have ever visited. Every inch was cleaned daily. Amenities were incredible, always something going on if you wanted it and if not there were quiet areas / pools away from the action. Food was better than most. Service at the bar was efficient super friendly. Entertainment was varied and good. Loved it! Coming back next September hopefully!

We have just returned from a week's holiday at Sol Falco and had a brilliant week. I want to start with my faults and my biggest one being the slides. The slides are accessed from the ankle depth splash park which is amazing for kids. There is noone manning the slides on the access end so nothing stopping toddlers accessing if eyes taken off them. We arrived and on our first day I took our 3 year old son in the splash park, he wanted to go down a slide. He can't swim and he's little so he went down on my knee. Maybe I should have checked but I assumed the pool on the other side would be shallow or at least be able to stand up. I think it was 1.9m I couldn't stand, I quickly realised it was going to be deep and lifted my son but we both went under. No lifeguard came to help or any on lookers for that matter. My husband was on the splash park side so he couldn't see us.nit was terrifying. A few parents said they had had similar experiences or something said they had seen the other side first so wouldn't let their children down. My mistake for not checking maybe and assuming but the alarming thing is if a child who can't swim is playing in the splash park and sees all the other children going down the slide they may think I'll go too and then they can't stand up or be seen. The slides aside, the food was great, entertainment was good and the beach and marina are in walkable distance which was lovely.

La animación del hotel y el personal.

Empezando por las habitaciones, olían a humedad, llenas de moscas y sucias tanto de polvo como de bichos. Se notaba que hacía tiempo que no se hacía una limpieza profunda. El sofá cama olía a humedad, y el baño, insoportable, no se podía abrir los cajones. En cuanto a la cama y a las almohadas, decepcionante. Súper blandas y no había forma de cogerle el truco, no se podía dormir ahí del dolor de espalda que te provocaban. La comida, repetitiva. Al segundo día ya no sabías qué más comer, era igual por la mañana que por la noche. Solo dos días innovaron por la noche. Todo lleno de dulce, azúcar y pasteles. Poca fruta y variedad. El todo incluido deja mucho que desear. Se utiliza el sistema de fichas, y solo puedes sacar un vaso por ficha. Además el snack bar eran las sobras de la comida (menos los perritos y las hamburguesas que las dejaban hechas) y acababa a las 18:30, poco tiempo. Luego, las tarjetas de la habitación se desimantaban cada dos por tres. Nos tocaba recorrer todo el recinto para llegar a recepción y que nos las volvieran a activar. Y por último, la piscina. Estaban muy bien, pero el agua estaba helada y cubrían mucho, lo que hacía un poco difícil el baño con bebés y niños.

We’ve just returned from a great family holiday took 3 & 6 year old. Very clean, great food, huge complex so it didn’t feel overly busy, rooms and bathrooms are a good size, 10 mins walk to marina and 5 mins walk to beach. Tubs of Ice cream is included in the all inclusive but you do have to pay for ice lollies or branded ice creams. Drink tokens worked great as it meant the bar tables were kept tidy. We did find that there was more food my children would eat in the snack bar (beige food lovers) so they would have their tea early there and then have pudding when we ate in the restaurant later in the evening. Only downside we found was entertainment was too late in an evening and could do with one pool with a shallow end as all the pools are very deep not a problem for our 6 year old but our youngest wasn’t keen he stuck to the splash park or the small pool next to the splash park. Would return again the kids loved it. Our transfer from hotel took about 1.5 hours as we were last drop off but on way to airport it took around 1 hour. There is a bar round the corner that has a bouncy castle, trampolines for the kids we liked going there before going out for tea.
