Le buffet n’est pas le meilleur…

I was genuinely concerned before we arrived, having read a few negative reviews. I now wonder what on earth people expect for the money! We cannot fault Sol Falco, it was a brilliant, family friendly resort. The staff were incredible, so helpful, assisting us with room changes and acquiring a wheelchair to support with my mother in law. The evening entertainment was great and kids club was excellent! I was really worried about the food but didn’t need to be. Yes, it was fairly basic but I genuinely don’t know what people expect from a 4* buffet. There was fresh salad, fresh pasta and grilled meat/fish options every night. The snack bar may have been samey but after such a huge choice at the 3 meal times snacks weren’t necessary anyway. The token system for drinks meant that there are no cups littered around and the resort stayed clean and tidy, I didn’t see it being a major issue having to walk over to the bar to swap tokens for drinks and vice versa. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Great week stay in July 2025. Clean hotel, good amount of slides and swimming pools. Excellent entertainment for kids & in the evenings. Always lots going on. Food was average for an all inclusive wouldn’t expect any different. This hotel was AMAZING for my son who has multiple severe allergies. Spoke to the chef and they made fresh meal for him every time as we couldn’t risk cross contamination from the counters. All in all a great week away! Thank you

This place was lovely and clean, great food, beautiful gardens. polite staff. great location. Rooms where bright and airy. The only problem was the 3pm check in. So if you have a early morning flight you cant get into your room till after 3pm. New one on us... never heard of this and not great if you have little ones. Also the slides. We had a 3yrs old with us. The pools that theses slides go into are not toddler friendly !!! Great outside eating area and inside was very noisy. and too busy. The small pools dotted here and there are great ! Tho you will find idiots putting there towels down and not coming back for 4 / 5 hour's. A lot of French and Italians so do not queue as these people do not know the meaning of this ! Sorry !

Rooms - Request a quiet room if you’ve young children. Pool noise otherwise for naps will be loud. - Request a ground floor if you’ve a pram as there’s no lifts. - When leaving things on the balcony to dry (there’s no clothes line), be mindful of people flicking ash from above as for 2 days my items were full of ash. FOOD. - You will not go hungry! Really good food. - Dinner is not until 19:30. We have a 1yo who goes to sleep at 7, so we had to play around with this. - There’s a snack bar between meal servings. The food was mainly “freezer food” and was quite cold unless you got a fresh serve. There’s always bread items / deli items out all day for the all inclusive guests. - Decent breakfast. - Very good lunch. - Some themed meals in the week (Mexican / Oriental). - Meals times 7:30-10:30 / 1-3 / 7:30-10:30 DRINKS. - Token system. Token for a drink / glass return to get your token back. You can get cocktails with the all inclusive also. Entertainment - This is in Spanish & Italian. - It is dated and a little cringe but nice and happy staff giving it their all. - The mini disco isn’t until 8:45pm - so a very late start with small children. Other. - No sunbed saving stated but harder to find a bed after breakfast. People would save a bed all day and not use them until late in the afternoon - doesn’t seem fair. - Dated indoor entertainment area. - Kids area next to the restaurant only had 3 baby toys in it. There’s an adult and a kid sized door that that kids open and shut - be cautious of little fingers getting stuck. - No bath / shower only (my baby doesn’t like the shower). - Very clean resort. - Super family friendly. - Friendly staff in the restaurant / around the pool. - Deep swimming pools. - Myself and another family got stung by a wasp around the pool area - no staff were able to assist with my sting. I was told to go to the lifeguard by 2 lots of staff but they don’t start their shift until the pool opens at 10am.

Best family holiday! We have been on holiday many times but this holiday was the best by far! The food was amazing. The entertainers really went above and beyond and their effort was exceptional especially on the 2 night they did their own show- very talented. The receptionists, the maids, the bar staff, the people working in the restaurant were all very polite and always smiled. Was even allowed inflatables in the pool!

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха с детьми. Не смотря на то, что отель явно не новый, все функционирует отлично. Много зон для детей: детские площадки, клубы, бассейны с горками... очень быстрое заселение, любезный ресепшен и в целом весь персонал отеля. Номер простой, но достаточно просторный и тихий. Хорошо работают кондиционеры. Особеннопонравилась локация. Удобная дорожка на пляж ( максимум 5 минут)....

Еда в отеле была не очень. Выбор был на уровне этой категории отеля, но качество продуктов и вкус приготовленных блюд оставляет желать лучшего..⁷

Our first time staying at sol falco and a very enjoyable stay it was. Hotel very clean and rooms pretty much cleaned/new towels every day. Restaurant definitely worth 4* as food was fantastic with lots of choices. Splash park was great for all ages and other pools around the hotel grounds. Token system for drinks was abit of a hassle at times but got on with it. Entertainment day and night was very good for all to get involved. Hotel a short walk to two very beautiful beaches with shallow waters with great views. Marina 5-10 minute walk with plenty of restaurants to eat out.. Quiet area but that didn't bother us. We would definitely stay again at the sol falco in the future. 👍
