Baymont by Wyndham Grand Junction

I did not stay at this property because Expedia canceled my reservation 3 days before my trip and is now trying to scam me out of the full booking amount because they can't get their crap together

The front desk person/the person who answers the calls when you are inquiring about a room for the night was extremely rude and tried over charge me and my husband for my one nights stay!! He was very standoffish with both me and my husband!! Terrible experience!

The guy at the desk said they didn't have my reservation. I don't believe him even now. I've stayed at many hotels/motels over the years and this is the first one where there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. They had a sign up near the check in that there wasn't any breakfast even though it's on the website. This was a joke of an interaction. It was after 3pm and so I couldn't cancel the reservation and Hotels.com basically makes it impossible to contact them. That is also a joke. Obviously I will never use a Baymont or Wyndham again and I may never use Hotels.com again. Horrible customer service all the way around.

Wouldn’t let me check in with a debit card and wasn’t clear that a credit card is required to check in. My boss booked the hotel, and they wouldn’t let him call with his credit card either. Very disappointing because now I’m sleeping at the airport parking lot. Guy wasn’t even sure I’d get a refund he told me to call a number

They weren't working, close the hotel

DO not book this hotel! I booked through Hotels.com, was charged in advance, and when we arrived at the property they refused to give us a hotel room. I was left searching for another hotel late at night on a holiday. I'm still fighting for a refund and their front desk never answers.

Despite our balance being paid in full and receiving a confirmation email, when we arrived the hotel refused to give us a room because their credit card system was down. We had to search for another hotel at 10 pm that night and are still fighting to get a refund.

Horrible. Drug dealer guy that works the front is rude. They take a deposit that Expedia dosent disclose and if you say anything the guy says he will cancel your reservation. Rooms are dirty with bugs and the exterior is falling apart and paint peeling everywhere. Don’t believe the pictures. Looks nothing like them.
