"Last option stay"

Staff is friendly and helpful but, the quality of the stay is very run down and outdated. Shower area was dirty and towels had stains. Walls had stains as if someone killed an insect and left blood marks. Room smelt funky. The only good comment I would have to say about the room was that the beds did look clean. Overall I would not recommend the stay unless it’s the very last option.

Very rundown, felt dirty. The comforter had several small but noticeable blood spots. Tub was very high, I started out in a handicap room but had to be moved due to the rain coming in around the window. Nice people up front, just the motel needs a lot of work!

Terrible stay. Pool was closed by the health department. Rooms were dirty. Nothing worked in the “workout” room. Restaurant/bar was closed and for sale.

It was not like the pictures. First night we had no A/C it was horrible it was cooler in the hall than our room. We did get moved to another room. The price was more than double because of the graduation. Bathroom was awful no water pressure, looked dirty and stained.

"Horrible stay - dirty room & bad customer service "

Bugs in the room and in the bed. Room and bathroom was dirty, especiallythe shower. The hotel also had the nerve to charge my credit card before I and my other family members checked in that day. The credit card on file was just for the hold of the rooms. I had 3 rooms, and each family member was going to check in and pay with their own card. They would not change it when we checked in. Terrible customer service and not a good, reputable business model to not follow the policy of "pay at hotel" at the time of arrival. Just a terrible experience and I would never stay there again and would definitely not recommend!

"Bathroom issues"

Our room had an odd smell. Went into the bathroom and the bathtub/shower was moldy and chipped. Looking up, the ceiling had clearly leaked and there were large brown spots. Immediately requested a new room and staff were very accommodating. New room was much better. Clearly renovated but shower still had mold spots at the bottom.
