"Gross!! accomodations"

the room is disgusting the ceiling coatings is falling off. there were 100s of ladybugs in the room and the water for the shower and jacuzzi were ice cold. there was hair all over the bathroom floor and even on bed sheets. they give you no washcloths or handtowels....this place is just GROSS

"Needs some work and a good cleaning!"

Thought the price was high for 1 am. in the morning $168 . Was tired of driving, so I took it Carpet in the hallways and room stained and worn. Cobwebs on the walls , bed sheets stained and an open bar of soap in the shower. Would not stay there again.

"Nice stop off between Des Moines and Minneapolis."

Staff was very friendly, it was quite and the bed was comfortable. The room seamed clean, but the hallway were a little dirty. The breakfast selection was good and it was by the pool area. I didn't try the pool, but the area was nice. The motel is close to the interstate. There was a restaurant connected to the but I didn't try it. Not sure about other restaurants in the area. The motel is out by itself, but not too far from the town of Ames.

"Very disappointing."

We were able to get a room with a recliner which was better for sleep comfort.

Had to change rooms twice. Bathtub drain was plugged and wouldn’t drain. No maintenance arrived as promised. Did not see any maid service during our stay. Food warmers on breakfast buffet were not turned on so the eggs, sausage, gravy were cold. Floors in common areas were sticky in the same places every day. Only saw one daytime staff member, trying to do it all. Two on night-time staff who were not very cordial.

Lobby area and pool area very clean. Nice breakfast area.

Room needed updating, beds was pretty hard. TV could have been newer/nicer. But staff was very accommodating g and pleasant

Our room and bath were clean. Breakfast was delicious. Sausage, eggs, waffle maker and more. Reasonable priced. Stayed for a convention and all worked smoothly. Would recommend this facility for your midsized convention. If we pass through again would definitely stay here.
