I have stayed at Mottram Hall several times . I was impressed with the friendliness and customer focussed manner of the staff . They also work very well as a team . The guest feels important . They make you want to return and recommend the hotel .

Location nice views

Shouldn’t have to pay to use the pool when staying at the hotel, also was told barneys was child friendly there wasn’t one child in there all men , waited so long for food which was awful, chips were scraps

Lovely room, huge bed, big venue with beautiful views. Staff were lovely and attentive.

Wifi was appalling. Husband had to work and couldn't work in the room and could only get wifi in one section of the reception area. Decor could do with some TLC, we weren't told that breakfast was included so the first morning we went for breakfast elsewhere and only found out by enquiring that breakfast was in fact included. No one had mentioned this and it wasn't on the booking. En suite is very dated and needs a revamp especially when the cost of the room isn't cheap.
