Amazing- we will visit again for sure

What a pleasant stay! The resort has a such relaxing vibe, very chill but still sophisticated. Rooms are comfortable and were always clean. Amenities are well maintained and the staff is something else.. always kind and professional. Lovely people! The food is also very good, with an excellent breakfast. The only downside I would mention is the kids pool. It doesn't feel very safe or entertainer, specially for toddlers. On the other hand, they have a lot of open space and a nice kids club. Definitely would consider this hotel if coming back to Phuket.

We recently spent a very enjoyable few days at the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, a family-friendly resort with plenty to recommend it. The service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We always felt well cared for, and a special mention goes to K. Nitthawuth and K. Pattchariya, whose kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our stay. We were also impressed by the food, which was excellent across the board. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was a daily highlight. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Benjarong, the resort’s Thai restaurant, where the dishes were both authentic and beautifully presented. The resort’s beachfront setting is hard to beat. Being right on the sand with the sound of the waves and spectacular sunsets made it a lovely place to relax and recharge. All in all, we had a lovely stay. The friendly team, delicious food, and beachfront location were the real highlights.

We chose this hotel due to family members staying in the area, and what a great choice it was, especially as it was low season which made it quiet & relaxing. The location on the beach was perfect and whilst the hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, none of it impacted on our stay and what work has been done has modernised and improved the hotel. Special mention must go to the lobby bar staff who were wonderful

We stayed for our honeymoon and my birthday also my partner’s first time in Thailand. The room was lovely, staff were amazing and professional. Peaceful place, great service. We didn’t want to leave!

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out, it was all smooth. Great staff. Really loved the breakfast spread, compliments to the chefs for creating egg Benedict and egg Florentine, if you are staying there, must try. Thank you making my wife's bday even more special.

Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket is located in quiet beachfront area. Great atmosphere. Room is spacious. The breakfast was good with variety of selections. Service is great. Staff is very attentive. One of the good place to stay for a quiet getaway.

Just spent 4 amazing nights at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket and absolutely loved it! The private beach and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing, and our room with a balcony made the stay even better. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lots of variety, and we especially loved the authentic Thai dishes – so delicious! Huge shoutout to the incredible staff – Wadsana at reception, Joy, Tiffy, and Suzzi at Laguna Café, and Jutamat from housekeeping – you all made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. 💙 Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape in Phuket!

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The have a good selection of restaurants at the restaurant with delicious food.
