Nice clean hotel with all the facilities we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful

Room without air conditioning in warm/hot weather was not pleasant.

Parking wasn’t included…. They charged £7

I paid for unexpected parking and the checkin lady wasn’t friendly

A little tired. Disappointed with booking. Asked for a superior twin room and ended up with a double room which was quite okey. Breakfast was a good choice.

Nice hotel close to the motorway. The room was ok but I found the bed a bit small. The team at reception and at the bar was very friendly. We didn’t eat there es we found the food a bit overpriced. We went to eat at the Racehorse which is only a 4 minutes drive away.

The stay was amazing and staff at reception was really helpful and welcoming, I will definitely recommend this hotel

All the staff from the receptionists, catering team at breakfast to the cleaners in the corridors were very friendly and welcoming. It seems rare nowadays to get the basics of customer care. But that wasn't the case here. Despite being a one stop kind of hotel, the staff made it feel like it was more.

Pros: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, convenient location, lovely staff and an amazing breakfast! Cons: Room service food was awful, pizza was inedible, extra charge for parking, bathroom needed a deep clean and was mouldy in places.
