Delta Hotels by Marriott Warwick

The room itself was lovely and would stay again, it is a shame about the carpark as you have to pay and it can be confusing.

Unfortunately after mentioning in my requests that I was disabled the walk to the room was unbearable and painful and I think shows that the hotel doesn’t read the bookings!

Very comfortable stay over 3 nights, check in was easy reception very easy and staff helpful to a couple of requests, breakfast was good, room slightly smaller than expected but was ok, overall no issues, had to book extra night and was able to accommodate

The young lady was very help, kind, friendly and accommodating.

I love Delta It really made me feel welcome and the services are efficient I can’t wait to come back The staff are friendly

We were in room 239 a “clubroom”. It was very old fashioned and tatty. Had a grubby feel to it and dusty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Not happy about overnight guests being charged for car parking (£7)

1st room smelt musty and horrible, phone in the room didn’t work, the reception moved me to a different room which was better, 24/7 room service would of been more helpful to state it is only cold sandwiches and they never answered the phone so had to order in anyway at 1am as had worked late.

Very clean very comfortable

Disappointing

Unfortunately dirty glasses, bottles, cans etc. up and down the hallways. Room was tired and bathroom not cleaned very well.
