"Give it a miss"

TV didn't work. Air con didn't work. Was given a fan. Apparently wasn't working anywhere. In July. They knew before we checked in, but thought not to mention it. Just brilliant.

"Sorry but bad experience !!"

We had a bad experience with the Club room 141. The Aircon were not working properly (it stop working in the middle of the night). The flushing of the toilet was not working properly. The water in the shower was dripping the whole time. We told the reception about the issues on the first day but nothing really get better at all. the rooms are quite old and need to be renovated. At the end they give us 50% discount on our stay.

"Not good!"

Really poor, we ended up checking out and not staying. Rooms dated, TV not working, damp smell. Moved rooms and exactly the same problems. Tried to charge £7 for car park on top of room rate.

"Lived up to expectations "

Check in was efficient as was check out. Room was clean with a good bathroom. Everything worked. Food was ok service good all in all as good as was expected.

"Exceptional"

3 of the 5 doors with signs sating "Fire door: Keep clsed" were NOT CLISED I MENTIONED THIS TO THE FRONT DESK ON DAY ONE, within 15 minutes of checking in. They were still open the day we left.
