"Unfriendly receptionist"

While the location was good, and some of the staff were friendly, the lady who worked at reception was rude, unhelpful with a room situation and unfriendly. The food and bar area were good.

"Good hotel lacking excellent sevice"

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed

Only one chair in the room. Only one set of towels and a longdelay in bringing a second set. Kitchen fans audible all night, disturbing sleep

"We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again!"

Staff are extremely attentive. Can't do enough for you. Room was slightly disappointing as there are no shelves to put clothes away. I am 5 ft tall and could not reach the two shelves out of reach. Breakfast was outstanding.

As mentioned above, no shelves for short people to empty the suitcase. I suggest to devide the ironing board cupboard and put some shelves in there.

Good location and reasonable charge for car park. Bed very comfortable and staff professional and attentive without being over-bearing.

It could do with up-dating - a coat of paint would be great!

Я наблюдала за сценой, когда одна из работниц по уборке номеров стала выяснять отношения с сотрудниками ресепшн на русском, думая, что никто не поймет в чем конфликт. Но я понимала, о чем они говорят
