The room was not real clean and very rundown. There were doors slamming all night long like people were coming and going at all hours. It was not like the pictures shown and not like other Microtel Inns I’ve stayed at.

No tv in room due to no cable box.live local and was just wanting to get away with my daughter who is 7 for a few days. They could not fix the tv so t try hat completely suck for 2 days with a 7 yr old . Breakfast was basic staff was friendly though

Very disgusting. We had gotten a suite with a pull out couch that was nasty asf. The mattress had no sheets on it. Stains on the couch and bed. -10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"Worst Customer Service"

I booked this as part of a Christmas gift with an event for my son and his family. Upon arrival, they paid a $50 cash deposit. When they left and asked for their cash back, they were told the fee would go back on my card. It never did. I called, clerk was very rude, mumbling and said he'd call back. He called back and yelled 'When you come get your cash?' with no greeting. Wouldn't put it on my card. I had to make a two hour round trip to pick it up. Where I was told it was our fault, no apologies were ever offered. Towels were requested during the stay and never delivered.

The room was dirty It had someone finger nails on the floor They never came to clean my room or change my towels I didn’t gets to swim because that was dirt I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

"Great price great rooms "

Stay was great. Room was quiet and though there were kids running around it all ended before 11pm on weekend nights stay. Girl at the front desk during the day left a little to be desired but the 2 other gentlemen were great.
