The staff was not helpful at all. I booked online and they didn’t say anything about a $50 deposit when we got there she made us pay a $50 deposit then there were gunshots and people arguing and it just was not comfortable to be in. There’s a lot of homeless that hangs around and it was just very very very uncomfortable.

I couldn’t stay here due to an emergency, but they kept my money and refused to issue a refund. The staff was incredibly rude and completely inconsiderate, taking my money even though I never stayed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
