Bailbrook House

Very nice hotel…. Only problem is that there are many buildings, hallways, and doors. Some more/better signage would be helpful!! We had to keep asking for directions, when we could find someone! The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Bailbrook house is a DREAM! You can do everything there without having to leave. We hosted my wedding there, and all of my friends and family stayed on the grounds. Kamila, Elina, Dobrinka, and more were incredible to work with. The whole staff at Bailbrook was committed to us having a joyous time during our stay. Even before we had our wedding, we stayed in Bailbrook as hotel guests and we didn’t want to leave to go back into town because the grounds are so beautiful. The food in Cloisters restaurant is also pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised! The daily breakfast included with our stay was also phenomenal, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve enjoyed. As for our wedding, I couldn’t have picked a better venue and team. During the whole process I knew I was in good hands because Kamila was on top of every little detail we would email back in forth. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for our special day, even things that never crossed my mind! She also made sure to take care of our huge group booking rooms at Bailbrook. They have good food (I’m picky, the food is GOOD), a full bar with awesome bartenders, and gorgeous ballrooms and Cloisters Restaurant. Again they have EVERYTHING! Everything went smoothly, actually even better than I expected. We had a BLAST and I had my absolute dream wedding because of the Bailbrook House team. They are spectacular! If you’re considering staying at Bailbrook I’d highly recommend it. We plan to return to Bath JUST to visit Bailbrook House and see everyone we worked with again (especially Kamila, we love her so much!) PS that John Everleigh suite is EPIC I’m booking it when we return!

Lovely old Manor home situated just outside Bath. Our room in the original house was huge with a very large bathroom and freestanding bath. Excellent toiletries and a heated towel rail. Plenty of parking and we could catch the bus at the door or get a taxi for the short drive into Bath where you definitely do not want a car. The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. We dined in one night which was very pleasant.

Stunning grounds greet you as you arrive. Friendly staff ( impeccable service at our dinner), rooms are spacious with lovely linens, a huge bathroom, and a towel warmer. The lotions and soaps were quality products. Everything was A-1. Highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds.Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room comfortable bed. Slept well. Great breakfast. Lovely choice of food. Only there for 1 night but would definitely stay again when visiting bath

The grounds and building are quite impressive set up on a hill. The room was one of my favorites on this trip as it was spacious and had a living room area. The breakfast was also amazing! Staff was friendly. I’d recommend this hotel quite highly.

This hotel is located in an 18th-century manor house with annexes, situated on a hill just 10 minutes from the city. We stayed in a spacious room with a good bathroom. The breakfast was fine. Although the hotel is relatively close to the highway, the noise was not disturbing. The lady at the reception was very helpful. She directed us to the bus that goes to the city and also recommended a very scenic walk along the canal, which takes about half an hour to reach the city center.
